As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis is due back in San Diego's North County Superior Court this Friday for a hearing. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether Lambesis' time spent under house arrest previous to conviction will count as time served towards his current imprisonment.

Lambesis was previously sentenced to six years in prison for charges related to hiring a undercover policeman who was posing as a hitman to kill Lambesis' wife. The same judge that presided over Lambesis' sentencing will decide the outcome of the hearing.
