Today, April 9, 2015, has been declared "Riot Grrrl" by the City of Boston and Mayor's Office. The announcement is in honor of Kathleen Hanna (of Bikini Kill, Le Tigre, The Julie Ruin) performing a speaking engagement tonight at Boston's Wilbur theatre. You can read the mayor's proclamation here.
