The final lineup for this year's Punk Rock Holiday festival has been revealed. It includes the Descendents, NOFX, FLAG, Bouncing Souls, A Wilhelm Scream, Off With Their Heads, The Decline and many more. The event is scheduled to take place August 9-12, 2016 in Tolmin, Slovenia.
