As you may recall, Walter Delgado, frontman for the now defunct band Rotting Out, was arrested for allegedly trafficking $350,000 worth of marijuana. Well, he has been released on bond of $2,500. Delgado waived his right to a preliminary hearing and the case will now proceed to grand jury review.
