Morrissey: “Judy is a Punk”

Morrissey: "Judy is a Punk"
by John Gentile 6 years ago

Perhaps influenced by the recent "Ramones week" we had a Punknews, Morrissey recently covered the classic track "Judy is a Punk." The song was part of his encore in Brooklyn. Morrissey previously curated a Ramones greatest hits collection for record store day. Other punk and proto-punk bands that he has covered include New York Dolls, Patti Smith, Magazine, The Jam, Lou Reed, and Roxy Music. See a fan recording of the song below.
