Well, here's one that slipped under the radar. Mike Watt will be releasing new recordings of unreleased Minutemen compositions. The songs were written for the Minutemen but never recorded. This year, Watt got together with members of his other bands, the Secondmen and the Missingmen, as well as drummer Bob Lee, and finally recorded those songs. The release is called The Bobblymen EP and it is out on Record Store day Black Friday via ORG music. The songs on it include "Statement," "Slots," and "Art Analysis".
