Recently, we reported that all four members of Polish Death metal band Decapitated had been arrested and charged with kidnapping following an incident in Washington state. According to recently released court documents, the band also allegedly gang raped a woman on their tour bus. The Spokesman Review first reported the contents of the court documents. In those documents, it is alleged that a young woman and her friend went on the band's tour bus after their show. After a short time on the bus, the young woman felt uncomfortable and planned to leave. She went to the bathroom, and at about that time, her friend left without her. After the woman went into the bathroom, it is alleged that all four members of the band raped her. However, the band's lawyer stated, "“Decapitated plan to fully fight the allegations that are brought against them, and we are fully confident that the other side of this story will be heard.”
