Legendary musician Fats Domino passed away last night or early this morning. He was 89. Domino passed away peacefully in his beloved New Orleans while surrounded by family. Domino sold over 65 million records and lived in New Orleans throughout his life. Domino's record "The Fat Man" was the first rock record to sell over a million copies. He also had many other hits such as "Blueberry Hill", "Ain't That A Shame" and "I'm Walking To New Orleans". Later in his life, after the destruction of New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina, Domino played many benefits for the city and people harmed by the destruction. Hear some of Domino's tunes below.
