Black metal icons Immortal have confirmed that their new album is finished. Peter Tagtgren, the producer behind At the Heart of Winter, Damned in Black, Sons of Northern Darkness, and their most recent release All Shall Fall worked as producer and session bass player on the new album. This will be their first effort without ex vocalist and lead guitarist Abbath who left the band in 2014. The new album will be released in 2018 by Nuclear Blast.
