Rodney Anonymous of The Dead Milkmen recently started a new electronic/avant-garde project called 7th Victim. The act has announced its debut gig. 7th Victim's debut gig will be April 20 in Philadelphia opening for My Life with Thrill Kill Cult at Philamoca.
