MTV has announced plans to reboot the late-90's animated series "Daria." The original series, a spin off of "Beavis and Butthead," ran on the network for five seasons from 1997 to 2002.

Tentatively titled "Daria and Jodie," the reboot is expected to focus both on the eponymous Daria, as well as the character Jodie Landon (also of the original series).

The series is still in the early stages of production, and there is no announced air date as of yet.
