Boots Riley of The Coup has stated that the group will release new material this summer. The Coup will release a soundtrack for the Riley directed film sorry to Bother You via Interscope this summer. Riley stated via Twitter "New soundtrack by The Coup to #SorryToBotherYou w some cool guests. Out on Interscope Records this summer." The new material will have different material on it than the previous released Sorry to Bother You album from 2012.
