New York Hardcore festival, Black and Blue Bowl announced their 2019 line-up. The three-day festival will happen at Brooklyn Bazaar in Brooklyn, New York from May 17th to May 19th, 2019. Killing Time, Outburst, Wisdom In Chains, Iron Reagan, Leeway, Brick By Brick will be headlining Saturday and Sunday. M.O.P and Skarhead are headlining Friday's Pre-Party.
