Hologram versions of Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison are going on a tour together. It's being run by Base Hologram and is dubbed the The Rock n Roll Dream Tour. Holo-Roy and Holo-Buddy will be backed by flesh-and-bone musicians and back up singers, though the stars' voices will be taken from digital recordings. Because Holo-Roy and Holo-Buddy are the product of the combination of mankind's hubris and incapacitating fear of death, the "singers" will actually be able to tour North America and Europe at the same time, being as they are summoned by machines. Meanwhile, Holo-Frank Zappa is expected to arise later this year.
