Washington DC's Breakin' Even Fest has released a new promo video featuring all of the acts who'll be participating at this year's event. The three night fest, which takes place April 26-28, will feature thirteen acts. Kali Masi, World's Scariest Police Chases, and Worriers will be the headliners; while American Telivision, Trash Boy, and DoubleMotorcycle among others will all be along for the ride.
