D.O.A.'s Joe Keithley is doing it for the youth. Last month, he launched the Harmony for All program. The program purchases instruments and music lessons for children who can't afford them. The program is also in partnership with Burnaby Firefighters Charitable Society. That society just donated $10,000 CAD to the program. See video of the donation here. Meanwhile, Keithley is also one of the Burnaby city Councillors, having been elected recently. DOA recently released the rarities compilation 1978 via Joey's own Sudden Death records.
