Jarrett Doughtery of Screaming Females and Kyle Gilbride of Swearin'' have formed a new project. It's called Voice Decay and early reports suggest that the band uses synthesizers or electronics. Their debut show is January 16 at Cousin Danny's in Philadelphia. The Screamales released the Singles Too compilation earlier this year.
