A label formed by Hawthorne Heights vocalist JT Woodruff along with Mark Daily who ran Confined Records and released material by JT's previous band, A Day in the Life.

The label also obtained distribution through Victory along with an upstream pact which allows Victory to pull successful Carbon Copy acts into Victory's roster.
