Forever the Sickest Kids, Madina Lake, In This Moment added to Warped 2009

Warped Tour has confirmed some more additions to the 2009 edition of the tour. The latest are Forever the Sickest Kids. Madina Lake and In This Moment.

They join the previously confirmed lineup which features Anti-Flag, Less Than Jake, Silverstein, Senses Fail, Streetlight Manifesto, The A.K.A.s, The Ataris, Alexisonfire, Black Tide, Dance Gavin Dance, Escape the Fate, Gallows, Bad Religion, Big D and the Kids Table, Bouncing Souls, Chiodos, Flogging Molly, Lights, NOFX, P.O.S., Shooter Jennings, TAT, The Devil Wears Prada, Thrice, Underoath and Westbound Train.

While specific venues remain unconfirmed, the full routing has been announced, as have some notable changes to the touring festival's format.

Fuck this entire tour. Maybe I am just old and jaded, but seriously...Go away and masturbate on your mountains of money like Scrooge McDuck, Mr. Lymon. Unlike Scrooge McDuck, your piles of cash came straight out of the pockets of girl's jeans worn by confused little boys in "guy-liner". What kind of a name is "Forever the Sickest Kids"? WHYYY???? I hope I'm not old and jaded; I am only 23. This just calls for more whiskey...

I agree.
Just like last year they announce some decent to good punk bands to play the bill to get your hopes up then bring it crashing fucking down with this shit. The last good warped I went to was in 04 where the souls, the murphys, bad religion, the casualties, lars frederiksen and the bastards and countless other PUNK bands played. I know the word punk band is thrown around a lot lately but there has to be a line there somewhere that is drawn where you can call this A punk rock summer camp/tour anymore. C'mon Kevin!
And DeafJam. I agree with you brotha. I am only 21 and I enjoy some newer music but god damn. I work at kmart and we actually played a forever the sickest kids video on our televisions there and I was like what in the bloody fucking hell is this shit?? It was garbage and the chant has now become more of a whine.
I dont know what the future holds for music but I think this tour needs to die.
Oh, Yeah. I would even take seeing the ataris play everthing up to So Long Astoria at 03' warped over any of these bands.

I enjoy some newer music too, but this is outlandish. I'd rather staple gun my nuts to my thigh than attend this bullshit festival. The last Warped I went to was in '99 or '00. Maybe '01. I'm drunk...fuck it. I will never go again. I knew it was shit when Papa Roach played the last set of the day over NOFX. I don't even really like NOFX, but I knew it was fucked. 1/4 of a bottle whiskey since my last post, and I'm even more irate. Kevin Lymon is single-handedly destroying my healthy blood pressure level.

Truthfully, I don't understand why they've added so many "throwback" bands. As much as I'd like to see The Souls, Westbound Train, Bad Religion, The AKAs, etc., it's pretty clear the money is in bans like the three they've just announced.

They were running a video by Forever the Sickest Kids during the pre-game captive-audience shitshow in Cineplex Odeon theatres a few months ago, and however bad I had assumed they were before I had ever actually heard them, it was not nearly as bad as they turned out to be. Is this really what kids are listening to these days? I feel kinda bad for them.

Forever The Sickest Kids played at my highschool earlier this year. I'm not entirely sure why they were there, but there was an announcement 3rd period that all bandfags and choirfags needed to go down to the auditorium for some assembly. They played an acoustic set and it was pretty shitty.

To this day, I don't know why they came. No one even knew who the fuck they were.

I've never played online poker. How does it work, you type in your debit card information, and it takes it out of that? If I win, does it automatically get put into my card? I don't know if I entirely trust playing online...

Trust me, it's entirely safe, people take out and have 7 figure accounts. You put the money in using your debit card and if you win you can take your winnings out the same way or use their e-check method.

Load the software, look through their cashier withdrawal/deposit options, and then play with their play money to get a feel for it. It's really fun!
