This is a good list just surprised some albums didnt make it from: Comeback Kid, Dopamines, Gatorface, The Sainte Catherines, Sundowner, Hollowpoints, Street Dogs, and a record that got no recognition from any of these lists The Casting Out!!!

Dude, don't forget Lungs, The Gun Runners and Grenadiers from Australia. I don't need to say again how much this annoys me. I know Aussie bands will only ever get limited exposure but please give them a shot, it'll be well worth your time. Happy new years everyone!

Except for the conspicuous absence of the Arrivals, this is a pretty good list. Gaslight Anthem best? Me thinks not, but I guess that fail-proof math I keep hearing about has something to do with that.

In all fairness -- though I haven't made any, I think some of the mockery of staff here lately is spot-on. It speaks volumes that so many bugs and missing features still plague this site, yet the only major change in many months served only to give staff members a different-colored name bar. Ah yes, straight priorities.

I've been saying for a long time that there's no defensible reason for this site not to be a Wiki and plenty of reasons why having an open format would make it much, much better. But I'm too busy and stupid to set such a thing up so whatever. Pipe dream.

this addiction was an interesting listen. i think Off The Map is the only song that i ever really listen to from it. i enjoyed the better songs off Agony and Irony better than most of this addiction though.

This is a very expected, but still very good list, minus a few critical issues:

1. Someone needs to explain RVIVR to me. I listened to it a few times and it sounds so terrible, it just hurts. I don't understand why people love it.
2. If more people had listened to the Arrivals on this site, I guarantee it would be in the top twenty. It's the first of theirs I've heard, but it's a shame that it's not recognized.
3. BTMI's release was an EP, not a full-length.

I also find it odd that This Addiction was so highly rated. I feel like the handful below it were way better, but I guess that's just my opinion.

Awesome that Down to Nothing made it on the 7" list.

A couple dudes in that band are in Fire & Ice now, who are one of the best hardcore bands going. Check em out!
