Born and raised in the middle grounds of Long Island, New York, Brian currently attends university and is working on his bachelor's in Journalism.

Brian has also taken up brief residence in cities like Providence, RI, and Pittsburgh, PA, the reasons being education and love, respectively.

He is a former news editor / staff reviewer from the earliest days of the KnifeParty.Com upstart zine (read: September 2003), a site that went onto win the coveted Woodee Award. He also worked briefly for political/punk site Infopunks.net.

He is also a current freelancer for Alternative Press, dabbling in reviews, interviews and small/semi-smaller features.
