The former members of the Kinison have posted their first three songs under their new moniker Ballenas. The songs are currently titled "one," "two," and "three" and are available at the band's Myspace page.

The Kinison broke up in late 2005, with vocalist Christopher Lewis citing unhappiness as the primary reason, after having released What Are You Listening To? in 2004.
