Trustkill act It Dies Today is set to enter the studio in April to begin work on their next full length. The Buffalo, New York-based band is promising "a more maturely written departure from strict metal-core. This is everything we wanted to do on the last record, with less emphasis on screaming, and a strong focus on musicianship."

For recording, the band has enlisted GGGarth Richardson, the producer behind classic albums from Rage Against the Machine and the Jesus Lizard as well as recent releases from Atreyu and Rise Against. The album will be co-produced by guitarist Mike Hatalak.

Following recording, the band will hit the road for a UK trek in May with Every Time I Die followed by a spot on the Warped Tour this summer.

The band had a busy 2005, with contributions to the Masters of Horror soundtrack, their debut, Caitiff Choir and a stint on this year's Ozzfest.
