Tool, Muse, Streets, Violent Femmes, The Killers, My Chemical Romance at Big Day Out 2007

Tool, Muse, Violent Femmes, The Killers, My Chemical Romance and many others have been confirmed for the 2007 edition of the Big Day Out Australian tour. The six stop tour in January and February is a major annual event in the continent.

The festival began in 1992 as a Sydney-only show, and was extended in 1993 to Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide. In 1994, shows in Auckland, New Zealand, and the Gold Coast were added. Despite the fact that bands are still being confirmed for the outing, the 2007 Sydney stop sold out in a record 12 hours.
