Unwritten Law has posted a "from the studio" clip on YouTube featuring a new song "Shoulda Known Better." The band is currently re-recording their "greatest hits" for a December 26th release of The Hit List.

The album will be released via independent distributor Artist To Market Distribution (A2M) and compile 17 of the band's songs from across their career. The release will be priced low, with 9.99 suggested, as a result of the unique way that A2M operates.

The band has had some controversy surrounding the dueling greatest hits records being put out in their name. They released Here's to the Mourning in 2005 via Lava.
