Former Libertines frontmen Pete Doherty and Carl Barât reunited on stage in London this past Thursday. The duo played 13 Libertines songs together on what was billed as the second night of an "Evening With Pete Doherty" event at the Hackney Empire venue. NME has photos, a set list and other details via their website.

The UK-based act split following 2004's eponymous sophomore release. In the years since Barat and drummer Gary Powell formed Dirty Pretty Things, bassist John Hassall launched Yeti and Doherty formed Babyshambles. Doherty's well documented substance abuse problems, legal troubles and celebrity relationships have made him a prominent figure in UK tabloids.
