Revived San Diego ska-punk act Buck-O-Nine has posted a song from their upcoming record. You can check out "Cook Me into the Bowl" via MySpace.

The band's new record Sustain will arrive on August 7th via Asian Man Records. It's the band's first proper full length since 1999's Libido.
