Though the timing is a little suspect, at least one site is reporting that Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley has been threatened with deportation due to some controversial lyrics on the band's new album, Underclass Hero.

According to Deryck:

He (the reporter) went to the House minority leader in the States (a Republican), who tried to have me deported, trying to say I'm threatening the president."
