The Offspring have posted a video tour announcement announcing their summer tour with Alkaline Trio, Street Dogs, Shiny Toy Guns, Sum 41, Pennywise and Dropkick Murphys. The band went with an elaborate presidential address style announcement for the tour which will support Rise And Fall, Rage And Grace.
