The first single from Reel Big Fish's "Cheer Up!" is titled "Where have You Been." The band will film a music video for it on May 7th, and (according to their official site) "will involve a great amount of plastic, but unfortunately, no Britney Spears." The album will be released in Japan on June 5th and elsewhere on the 25th. The band will launch a new website on May 20th.
