Rise Records has launched an iPhone app that allows you to stream music from the label, check for tour dates in your area, get news updates, and purchase albums and songs directly from the label. The application isn't the first of its kind, but mainly iPhone applications have been band specific, like the one from Rx Bandits, or the optimized album from Snow Patrol.
