Paul Weller (ex-The Jam) readies new LP
Contributed by NYblowhards, Posted by Bryne Yancey Island 15 years ago

Paul Weller, former frontman of seminal UK outfit The Jam, has detailed his upcoming tenth solo LP. The record is titled Wake Up the Nation and is due out April 5, 2010 through Island Records in the UK. Once out, it'll follow up 2008's 22 Dreams.

The record will feature a couple of notable collaborations; two of the tracks will feature former Jam bandmate Bruce Foxton, and Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine will also be involved, though his role is unclear at this point.
