Just in time for their reunion shows this weekend, The A.V. Club has posted a length oral history of Milwaukee emo act The Promise Ring. The feature includes input from the band members Davey Von Bohlen and Dan Didier, members of contemporaries Loomis, Texas is the Reason, and Joan of Arc, as well as the folks who worked with the band during their initial run.
