Touché Amoré's Jeremy Bolm joined Rise Against to perform their song "Blood To Bleed" while the two bands were in Warsaw, Poland for Rise Against's European tour. The original track comes from Rise Against's 2004 major label debut Siren Song Of The Counter Culture.
