With his former bandmates announcing their new project, former Leftovers vocalist Kurt Baker has also announced his own new solo release. Jolly Ronnie Records will be releasing a four song seven-inch from the singer titled Want You Around on August 28, 2012. For the EP at least, Kurt is backed by Dan Vapid (Screeching Weasel, The Methadones) and Rev. Norb of Boris the Sprinkler.

The label has posted a trailer for the EP with samples of the songs.
