Deafheaven detail second album

Deafheaven
by Aubin Paul Deathwish Inc. 13 years ago

Black metal/shoegaze/hardcore/etc. outfit Deafheaven have announced the details for their forthcoming second full length. The record is titled Sunbather and is due out June 11, 2013 via Deathwish Inc.. It was recorded and engineered by Jack Shirley (Funeral Diner, Comadre) with artwork designed by Nick Steinhardt of Touché Amoré.

We spoke to guitarist Kerry McCoy in September 2011 who told us to expect that this sophomore release would be "faster, darker, a lot heavier and far more experimental."
