Baltimore, MD co-ed feminist hardcore outfit War on Women -- who feature members of Liars Academy and Office of Future Plans -- have announced an east coast tour to The Fest 12 and back. They were recently part of our first Fest feature, 12 Under The Radar Bands to Watch at Fest 12.
