The first wave of performers have been announced for Burly Calling, the early-December multi-venue Burlington, Ontario-based music festival kicking off its 8th year. The event will feature Toronto's Fucked Up as a headliner along with local heroes Teenage Head and upstarts The Dirty Nil. The lineup will also see performances from The Almostly Trigger Happy, Dead Tired, Say Yes, The Penske File, Bring Me The Author, Dead Point, The Video Dead, The Strangers, Aitch, The Killin' Time Band, Catapult, Dead Broke, Bombing Neverland, The Ballroom Babies, Rules, Organ Thieves, The Monarch Project, Them Thieves and Adelleda. More performers are expected to be announced between now and the event, which takes place from December 4th to the 8th.
