Kiss did it. Metallica did it. Elton John did it. And now, Riverboat Gamblers are doing it. On March 12, the Riverboat Gamblers will play backed by an entire orchestra. The versions of the songs are specifically re-worked to work in the orchestral context. Other bands appearing that same night include Quiet Company, Kenneth Stringfellow (The Posies, Big Star, REM), Tinnarose, Carson McHone, Danny Malone and Phil Ajjarapu.
