Five months ago, Rotting Out's frontman Walter Delgado was arrested for allegedly trafficking $350,000 worth of marijuana. After being charged with possession and trafficking, Delgado plead guilty to one count of third-degree felony possession of drugs. Just this week, he was sentenced to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Rotting Out broke up shortly after the arrest.
