Zachary Gontard, who is the singer of Dear Landlord and has also been involved with Off With Their Heads, The Slow Death, and other bands has been charged with murder. Prosecutors allege that Gontard sold heroin that killed a 23-year-old in St. Louis Park in May. Gontard's first court appearance was yesterday where bail was set at $50,000.
