Kris Roe of The Ataris was involved in a collisionwhile driving the band's tour van when the fleeing vehicle of a police chase struck him head on. Kris was able to extricate himself, and his dog, from the van and vacate the area as the police surrounded the suspect. He reports that both he and the dog are OK, but that the tour van is likely totaled.
