Swedish melodic hardcore band Misconduct now have a home in North America with Union 2112, part of the Union Label Group. The band's new full-length is titled United As One. It was released in Europe on their own label Side By Side Records and will be available in the US and Canada on February 24th, 2004. The band will be touring North America in Spring 2004 in support of the release.
