Today, Neil Young turns 74. To celebrate, Jeff Rosenstock and Laura Stevenson have released a surprise, 4-song EP of Neil covers. It's titled Still Young and is credited to "Jeff & Laura." Craig Finn of The Hold Steady guests on the cover of "Ambulance Blues.” It's out via Polyvinyl and Rosenstock's Quote Unquote label digitally (no physical version announced yet).
