Balance and Composure just released a new single titled "Alive and Well", see below. The single was left off of their latest release, With You in Spirit , however it reignited the band to get back together. The track was produced by Will Yip and the lyrics explores themes of disconnection, internal struggle, and reclaiming one’s sense of self.
