Hello everybody and welcome to Navel Gazing: your look back at the week in Punknews. I am not Adam White, he's gone for a few weeks, so this week I'm filling in to be your guide through some of the most popular, notable, and otherwise attention getting stories of the past seven days. Left-coast punk legends the Adolescents announced plans to tour the U.S. and Europe. Speaking of bands from back in the day hitting the road, Down By Law announced plans for both a new album and a South American tour.If that wasn't enough, how about the Circle Jerks playing two shows in June?

Several bands have been added to the next Guitar Hero download, including The Devil Wears Prada, Unearth and Chimaira on May 7th. Chimaira will also be joining Hatebreed this summer for a U.S. tour.

What would a week be without some Green Day news? Well, Spin posted a review for the band's highly anticipated record, 21st Century Breakdown. Also posted this week was a new, free download of a track from Dinosaur Jr's upcoming album.

Lucero frontman Ben Nichols performed the band's track "San Francisco" for a new "musical drama on MTV about the Memphis music scene. In other alt-country news, Warped Tour maestro Kevin Lyman announced plans for country music tour, with multiple stages and driven by sponsors.

On the opposite spectrum of a country music tour, the lineup for this year's 305 Fest was announced, and will feature Elldistort, Merkit, Cult Ritual, Deserter and The Diet Cokeheads, among others.
