by Adam White 19 years ago

Tymon Dogg's new band the Quikening will release their first single this month, titled Guantanamo. The single will be released via Map Music and Strummersite on CD and limited edition 12" vinyl. The release will feature the title track along with the songs "Cold Wind Blows" and "Oil."

Dogg, a long time Joe Strummer collaborator, was a member of the Mescaleros. He is also credited on several Clash recordings, most notably singing lead vocals on the Sandinista! track "Lose This Skin."
