Chris Shiflett & The Dead Peasants: “Get Along”

Chris Shiflett & The Dead Peasants: "Get Along"
by Aubin Paul Music 16 years ago

Chris Shiflett & The Dead Peasants have debuted a new song. The band is a new project from Chris Shiflett of Jackson United, Foo Fighters, Me First and The Gimme Gimmes, No Use for a Name and others. The self-titled record is due out July 13, 2010 via Le Coq Napoleon/RCA and sees Chris tackling "Americana-laced rock songs." Chris attributes the sound to influences like classic country artists (Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings), rockabilly (Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran), and deep-rooted rock bands (The Rolling Stones, The Replacements),
