Don't Hang Out In Front Of The House Vol. 1 released

Via an Anonymous Source, Posted by Bryne Yancey 15 years ago

Please Don't Hang Out In Front Of The House, the house show tribute blog spearheaded by Aaron Scott of Attica! Attica!, has released the first volume of a corresponding compilation that features tracks from Mayflower, Jeff Rowe, Protagonist, PJ Bond, Sakes Alive!! and a slew of others. Head here to download it.

The site was started in protest of Red Bull's ill-fated "Noise Complaint" marketing campaign, which sought to hold a battle of the bands, with the semi-finalists winning the opportunity to play a "real" basement show in New Brunswick, NJ, with the winner getting an opening slot on Thursday's upcoming December 30 show at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ.
