by Aubin Paul Run For Cover 11 years ago

Basement have announced their first new release since 2012's Colourmeinkindness which was followed by a two-year hiatus which ended in January 2014.

The release is an EP titled Further Sky and is due out July 29, 2014 via Run For Cover Records. The release features two new songs and a cover of Suede's "Animal Nitrate." The band is also promising some new directions including the "subtle psychedelic tendencies of Swervedriver and Failure."
